You know how Google shows you a list of links and you have to click through several to find exactly what you’re looking for?
AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews don’t just hand you a bunch of links. They just actually answer your question. When someone asks one of them to recommend a local business (a pet sitter, a dog trainer, a hair salon, a landscaper) a handful of names come up along with an answer to your question. That’s it.
